Product description
The drive system is made up of the F 1200+ drive and the F 1200 fitting and has been developed in accordance
with the latest technical standard and recognised safety regulations.
The properties of the drive system can be set. The GEZE service case with synchronising unit ST 220 is necessary
for this (see chapter 10 “Parameter setting”).
5.1 Functional principle of the drive
The F 1200+ drive is a window drive for the automation of large side-hung and bottom-hung windows. The win-
dow is moved to tilt or turn position by the F 1200 fitting.
The spindle moves linearly.
The sword (2) fixed to the drive engages in the driver
(1) of the fitting (3).
The driver transfers the spindle movement
to the driving rod and thus to all moving
components of the fitting.
The drive has the following drive positions:

Turn position: The window is unlocked, leaf can be moved manually to the turn position e.g. for manual full
ventilation, window cleaning or maintenance
à
Locked: The window is closed, all locking points are locked.
à
Tilt position: The window opens automatically in the direction of tilt.
The drive stroke is 78 mm.
The spindle moves as follows:
(2) -18 mm; releases the turn position
(0) 0 mm; locks all locking points
(1)
+1 mm ... +60 mm;
scissors open in direction of tilt
The max. stroke for ventilation is set to the max. stroke length of the fitting.
