7.2.2. CONNECTING THE DEVICE POWER SUPPLY

Protection devices

The circuit breaker and residual current protection devices required by the low voltage electrical system standard 
must be installed upstream of the charging station.
If there are no indications concerning the residual current protection to be used, each station must be protected 
by residual current circuit breakers installed upstream - either:
•  Type B or
•  Type A, fitted with a suitable device that ensures the disconnection of the power supply in the event of a DC 

fault current higher than 6 mA
