Standard
(Trigger Type = Dual)
The standard connection only utilizes one cable for all

ger Banks and Setups provided for GEWA Cymbals.
1
Connect the stereo cable to the cymbal, using
the jack closest to the middle hole (Z).

For more information about loading trigger
banks consult the owner´s manual of your GE-
WA Console.
Option: 3Way triggering
(Trigger Type = 3Way)
3Way triggering moves the Bell signal to its own
connection, resulting in a 2-cable setup. With this
method it is possible to use individual velocity
curves for Edge and Bell signals. Signals for Bow and
Edge remain in connection (1), whereas the bell is
connected to the Console via the outer jack of the
cymbal (2). See the table on the right-hand side for
all combinations of trigger inputs available for 3Way
triggering.
With this setup, load the matching “
3W
” Trigger
Bank version at the input channel to which the Bow
Component of your Cymbal is connected.
