9. Troubleshooting Guide
The coffee grinder cannot
be turned on.
No coffee grinds coming
from the Powder Outlet.
The powder is not being
dispensed nicely.
Some powder is stuck in
the conical burr.
Stop the operation and
immediately turn off the
coffee grinder. Clean the
conic burr refer to ''8.Care
& Cleaning " section for
detailed information. If
the conic burr is worn,
please contact with the
authorized service facility
for assistance.
The power cord is not
plugged well.
Plug the power cord into
the wall outlet correctly.
Assemble the bean hopper
to the coffee grinder before
plug in.
Because the grinder is in
protection status, let the
machine rest for 30 min-
utes to cool down. Or
unplug the grinder/take
out the bean hopper to
exit the protection status.
Not install the bean hopper
or install it incorrectly.
Grinder is overheated:
Continuous grinding
for more than 3 minutes
within 10 minutes.
No coffee beans in the
Bean Hopper.
Fill the Bean Hopper with
freshly roasted coffee
beans.
Turn the Bean Hopper in
a clockwise direction. At
Grind Setting 35, Hopper
Gates are fully open.
Hopper Gates are closed
or not fully open.
Some powder is stuck in
the conic burr when switch
grind setting size.
Burrs need cleaning.
The Grind Chamber or
Outlet is blocked.

Remove bean hopper lid
from bean hopper.

all amount of fresh beans.

wder is being dispensed

into powder chamber.

grinder until all beans inside

Hold and tap the grinder
carefully to drop all the
residual powder.
