Electricity Supply & Safety Advice
Washing machines are supplied to operate at a voltage of 220V, 50 Hz single-phase. Check that the con-
ductor is powerful enough to supply at least 3.0 kW, and then connect the plug to a 10A earthed socket.
After installation, the appliance must be positioned so that the plug is accessible. Check that the electric-
ity supply to your home has an earthing system.
The socket in your home and the plug on the appliance must be of the same type. WARNING: Do not use
this appliance with a cord extension set, multiple connector or electrical portable outlet device due to risk
of overload, splashing or ingress of moisture.
All washing machines comply with the safety requirements laid down by the Quality
Trademark Institute.
ATTENTION:
If the power supply cord or plug of this appliance is damaged, it must be replaced by an authorised
service centre or qualified electrician.
This appliance is marked according to the European directive 2012/19/EU on Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). WEEE contains both polluting substances
(which can cause negative consequences for the environment) and basic components
(which can be re-used). It is important to have WEEE subjected to specific treatments, in
order to remove and dispose properly all pollutants, and recover and recycle all materi-
als. Individuals can play an important role in ensuring that WEEE does not become an
environmental issue; it is essential to follow some basic rules:
- WEEE should not be treated as household waste;
- WEEE should be handed over to the relevant collection points managed by the municipality or by
registered companies. In many countries, for large WEEE, home collection could be present.
In many countries, when you buy a new appliance, the old one may be returned to the retailer who has to
collect it free of charge on a one-to-one basis, as long as the equipment is of equiva- lent type and has the
same functions as the supplied equipment.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
Under normal operations, the product will receive a 1-year full
warranty provided by German Pool (effective starting from the
date of purchase).
1. Customer who fails to present original purchase invoice will
be disqualified for free warranty.
2. Customer should always follow the operating
instructions. This warranty does not apply to:
- labour costs for on-site installation, check-up, repair,
replacement of parts and other transportation costs;
- damages caused by accidents of any kind (including
transport and others);
- operating failures resulted from incorrect voltage,
improper operations and unauthorized installations
or repairs.
3. This warranty is invalid if:
- purchase invoice is modified by unauthorized party;
- product is used for any commercial or industrial applications;
- product is repaired or modified by unauthorized
personnel, or unauthorized parts are installed;
- serial number is modified, damaged or removed from
the product.
4. German Pool will, in its discretion, repair or replace any
defective part.
5. This warranty will be void if there is any transfer of
ownership from the original purchaser.

3. 於下列情況下，用戶之保用資格將被取消﹕
- 購買發票有任何非認可之刪改；
- 產品被用作商業或工業用途；
- 產品經非認可之技術人員改裝或加裝任何配件；
- 機身編號被擅自塗改、破壞或刪除。
4. 總代理有權選擇維修或更換配件或其損壞部份。
5. 產品一經被轉讓，其保用即被視作無效。
