Control Panel
The Baby Fold control panel contains two buttons and
two indicator lights.
The red light shows a fault as a jam or the machine busy,
while the green light show the program's current folder.
If the red LED lit off and green LED is on,
the arrow key allows you to select the
folder program and every time you press
the program is changed.
If the red LED lit on, the arrow key
performs the manual eject procedure, this
eject the jammed paper through the folding
rollers.
If the red LED is on and the arrow key do
not work for ejection procedure, it means
that all sensors are covered by paper. It’s
necessary to uncover one of sensor to
enable the ejection procedure

do not turn off/on the folder and that paper
must be pulled out from folder entrance
Fan Folding Procedure

Stretch the copy on the table and
align to left side

The sensor S3, S0 and S2 must be
cover to begin the fold process.

Ensure that title block is face up

To fold long copy use the bar
support to maintain the copy
straight
Wait that the current folding process is over before feed the
next copy otherwise the folder will emit a sound
