4.7.6 IP Filtering
The Administrator can set up IP filtering to restrict access to the camera.

To enable the IP Filter function:
1.
Enable IP Filtering:
Enable the IP Filter function.

Web Service Access Policy:
Select
Allow access from anywhere
(Default)
or
Allow
access from local LAN

Disallow access from anywhere
.

Web CGI SDK Auth Policy:
Select
Low
(Default) or
High
, which enhances data
transmission security. This function is for customers with the need to develop their own
SDK, and is only supported by GV-FER5700 / 5701 and GV-EFER3700 Series.
4. Click
Apply

Note:
If you select
Disallow access from anywhere
, before clicking Apply, remember to
set one IP address for which access to the camera is allowed.

Filtered IP:
Type one IP address or a range of IP addresses you want to restrict the
access.
6.
Action to take:
Select the action of
Allow
or
Deny
to be taken for the IP address(es)
you have specified.
7. Click
Apply
.
