.  This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, 

pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC rules.  These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when 
the equipment is operated in a commercial environment.  The equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, 
if not installed and used in accordance with the user guide, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.  Operation of 
this  equipment  in  a  residential  area  is  likely  to  cause  harmful  interference,  in  which  case  the  user  will  be  required  to  correct  the 
interference at their own expense.

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, the manufacturer (GeoSLAM Ltd.)  and its suppliers

particular purpose, with regard to the SOFTWARE, the accompanying written materials, and any accompanying hardware.  You may 
have other rights which vary from country to country.

  To  the  maximum  extent  permitted  by  applicable  law,  in  no  event  shall  the 

company or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal 
injury, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use 

of this product, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, the company’s and its suppliers’ 

entire liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the owner of the product for the product.  Because some states/jurisdictions 
do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to the
