RCU Panel /Remote - lock (no LED lit) unlock (red LED lit)

Display the channel list or enter an item in a menu
Decrease the volume or navigate menu cursor left
Change channel up or navigate menu cursor up
Channel Lock Indicator - signal aquired (green LED lit)
