How to make bread
This section will go through the process for making a loaf of bread.
IMPORTANT:
The maximum amount of flour is 490 grams and the
maximum amount of water is 340 grams (340 millilitres).
1.
Place the baking pan in the bread maker and lock in place by turning
it clockwise.
2.
Place the kneading blade on the drive shaft in the baking pan. You
can grease the drive shaft and kneading blade with a little butter or
margarine to help release the loaf after baking.
3. Place the ingredients in the baking pan in the following order:

Place the liquid into the bottom of the baking pan.
5.
Place the flour on top of the liquid.
6.
Make a small shallow indentation in one corner of the flour and pour
the salt into it.

Make another small indentation in the opposite corner of the flour
and pour the yeast. Important: Always ensure the yeast does not
come into contact with either the salt or liquid.
8.
Close the lid and plug the bread maker in and press the
MENU
button to select the desired bread program.
9.
Press the
COL.
button to select the desired crust colour.
10.
Press the
LOAF
button to select the size of loaf you are making.
11.
Set the delay time by pressing the
TIME
button as explained in Delay
function section.
12.
Press the
ON/OFF
button to start the cooking process.
13.
If you have selected the Basic, French, Whole wheat, Quick, Sweet,
Gluten free, Cake, Sandwich or Homemade, 10 beeps will sound
during the cooking process. This is to prompt you to add additional
ingredients. To do this open the lid and put the ingredients into the
baking pan.
14.
Important: Steam may come out of the vents on the bread makers lid
during the cooking process. Take care as steam can burn.
15.
When the cooking process has finished, you will hear 10 beeps and
the bread maker will enter the keep warm function.
