V. Battery Setup and Maintenance   

Important Notes:  

•  The Geo Cruiser should be fully charged when it arrives. In the event the battery indictor 

shows a low charge, proceed to charge the battery for a full eight (8) hour cycle.  

•  If at all possible, ride the Geo Cruiser until the charge is as low as possible. This way 

you can maximize the life cycle of the battery, since the battery is good for five-hundred 
charge cycles. Please note that we “DO NOT” recommend this if it will place you in a 
position where you will lose the battery charge on long trips where you will be stuck 
without a functioning battery. Your safety should always be the first priority.   

 

 

Adding a Second Battery and/or Replacing the Battery  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Geo Cruiser comes equipped with one (1) lithium Ion battery. From the seated position, it is 
located on the right side. You have an option to purchase and install a second battery. This 
second battery should be installed on the opposite side. To install the battery, follow these 
instructions:  

1.  Remove the empty battery cartridge by pulling the handle up until it is removed as 

shown above.  

2.  Install the second battery by inserting the battery into the battery slot. When the first 

battery loses charge, you will switch the cables in the rear to the new battery.
