trouble reporting or installation scheduling. (Installations are normally
scheduled between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.)
TRAINING
Hands-on training courses are available from DataComm Service Corpo-
ration Educational Services in the USA and in the UK. Courses offered
range from basic data communications, modems and multiplexers, to
complex network systems, and are given at GDC’s Connecticut facility or
at a customer’s location.
