14.4 COMPROBACIONES PRELIMINARES -
PRELIMINAR CHECKS
La máquina se entrega con aceite motor y
refrigerante en el radiador.
At the moment of the purchase, the machine
is supplied of engine oil and coolant in the
radiator.
Antes de cada uso sucesivo, compruebe los
niveles.
Before every next use, verify the relative
levels.
Controle que los interruptores térmicos
situados en el cuadro frontal estén en posición
"OFF".
Check that the circuit breakers placed on the
frontal board are in “OFF” position.
Asegúrese de que no haya ninguna carga
conectada a la toma 230÷240 V 16 A (

Make sure that any load is connected to the
plug 230÷240 V 16 A (

Asegúrese de que el botón de parada de
emergencia (

) esté rearmado. En caso de
que no lo estuviera, gire el pomo en el sentido
de las agujas del reloj.
Make sure that the emergency stop button

If it doesn’t, turn the grip
handle in clockwise direction.
14.5 ENCENDIDO DEL MOTOR -
ENGINE
STARTING
Coloque la llave de encendido (

en la
primera posición, para permitir que las bujías
se pre-calienten, indicador (

encendido.
Cuando se apague el indicador (

), encienda
el motor, situando la llave (

) en la última
posición en sentido horario.
Position the starting key

the glow plugs’ pre
-heating, signal
lamp (

) burnt. When the light (

) is off,
start the engine by moving key (

completely in clockwise direction.
Nota
: Si el motor no se enciende, espere unos
10 segundos y vuelva a repetir la operación,
colocando antes la llave en posición OFF.
Note
: If the engine falls to start, turn the key
to the OFF position and wait 10 seconds
before operating the starter again.
Deje el motor en funcionamiento durante 5
minutos para que éste se caliente de forma
regular.
Let the engine to run for about 5 minutes to
warm it up.
El motor está calibrado a un régimen de
revoluciones adecuado (1500 r.p.m.), por lo
tanto no es necesaria ninguna regulación.
The engine is set at (1500 r.p.m.) therefore it
is not necessary to make any adjustment.

14.6 RODAJE -
RUNNING IN
Durante
las
primeras
50
horas
de
funcionamiento de la máquina, para permitir
que el motor tenga un buen rodaje, no solicite
más del 70% de la potencia máxima indicada
en las fichas técnicas.
For the first 50 hours of operation of the
machine do not employ more than 70% of the
maximum power indicated in the technical
specifications. In this way, a proper engine
running in is
guaranteed.
