8.4.2 Operating switch/button
Juice pump ON/OFF switch (18)
The switch is only released in production mode or cleaning mode.
Production mode:
The juice pump is switched on (automatic mode) by pressing the green
button once. The pump speed is regulated depending on the actual
juice temperature and the target juice temperature that have been set.
When the pump is running, the signal lamp for the switch is lit up. When
the pump is idle/paused due to the external level switch, the lamp
flashes.
The juice pump is switched to manual by pressing the green button for over 5 seconds. The juice
pump then runs at full speed until the button is released. This function is intended to fill up the
entire juice pipe more rapidly before starting production. The juice pump returns to automatic mode
once the button is released.
The juice pump is switched off by pressing the red button once.
Cleaning mode:
In cleaning mode, the juice pump can only be switched on or off by pressing the green or red
button once. Holding the button down has no effect in this case.
Heating ON/OFF switch (20)
The switch is only released in production mode or cleaning mode.
Production mode:
The heating is switched on by pressing the green button once. This
switches on both the water pump and the oil burner.
The water pump is switched to manual by pressing the green button for
over 5 seconds. In manual mode, the water pump runs irrespective of
the water tank (7) fill level until the green button is released. The
heating is activated once the button is released.
The water pump and heating are switched off by pressing the red button once.
Cleaning mode:
The water pump is switched on by pressing the green button once. The water pump is switched off
by pressing the red button once. The heating is only switched on at the same time if the
corresponding button is shown as ON in the cleaning mode display.
