8.4.1 Operator display
EMERGENCY-OFF display
This display appears if you press the EMERGENCY-OFF
switch (15) and when starting the machine.
Unlock the EMERGENCY-OFF switch (15) and tap the Tap
to unlock button on the operator display (16) to access the
start screen.
Start screen
From the start screen, you can select one of the two
operating modes: production or cleaning. You can also
access the settings and the information display.
Information display
The information display enables you to view key information
about the machine. This includes the service address,
serial number, year of manufacture and weight of the
pasteurizer.
Production display
The production display enables you to set and monitor all
the production parameters. The production screen is
divided into three areas as follows.
Operating and troubleshooting display
The coloured bar at the top of the production display shows
that the machine is ready for operation (green) or that a
fault is present (yellow or red).
