Caution!
Only use proximity switch types specified in chapter “Technical data”.
► Install the initiators (38) for the detection of the end position using the
retaining plates in such a way that the guide arm (9) can be detected in the
end positions.
Notice
► Ensure a possible free run of the guide arm (9).
► The detection area (A) of the initiators must not be covered by the
retaining plates (11).
10.7.4.4 Establishing Hose Connections
To ensure reliable operation, the compressed air hoses must be cut exactly
square.
Tools required:
• Hose cutter
Carry out the following steps:
1.
Shut off the compressed air supply.
2. Use the hose cutter to cut the pneumatic hoses square.
3.
Push the air hose into the air connector on the control top.
4. Release compressed air supply only when all jobs have been completed.

Hint!
Avoid kinks in the pneumatic hoses!
10.7.5 Checking the function
Setting the valve stroke
Carry out the following steps:
1.
Actuate the valve with compressed air.
2. Check the stroke of the valve in accordance with “valve stroke”.
