Supply the supply voltage at a bus coupler or a power terminal. It is supplied to the safety
module via the VersaPoint potential jumper U

The supply voltage U

is used to supply the clock outputs. For the technical data for the

page 11-4.
The maximum current carrying capacity for the main circuit U

is 8 A (total current with the
segment circuit that is not used in the safety terminal).
This current carrying capacity can be reduced if certain terminals are used. Please refer to
the information in the terminal-specific data sheets.
If the limit value of the potential jumpers U

is reached (total current of U

a new power terminal must be used.
