COMPONENT SERVICABILITY

1. Remove the base grille.
2. Locate the 5/16" hex  screws on either side of
the cabinet base, (see illustration) these will
adjust the rear rollers with rotating the screw
clockwise raising the corresponding rear roller.

NOTE:  It is important that the refrigerator be level
in order to for the icemaker to work correctly.

 REMOVE THE ROLLER ASSEMBLY

To remove the adjustable rear roller assembly, tilt the
cabinet and place a 3" wood block under each side of
the outer case.  Dismount the rear channel and
remove all the screws that secure the roller assembly
to the side of the outer case.  Pull the roller assembly
from the side to disengage the pivot pin from the hole
in the outer case side channel.  Remove the
adjustment screw and nut from the roller assembly.

 INSTALLATION

Clearances must be provided at the top, sides, and
rear of the cabinet for ease of installation and air
circulation.  The minimum clearances are:

•

1" at the top

•

1/8" at each side

•

1/2" at the back

To maintain a minimum of 1/2" clearance at the rear,
the electrical receptacle must be recessed into the
wall or located on either side of the refrigerator.  The
water line tubing must be routed through the wall and
formed into 3 or 4 loops.

 REMOVING THE DOORS

Remove the freezer door:

1. Tape the door shut with masking tape.
2.  With a Phillips screwdriver, remove the hinge
cover on top of the freezer door
3.  With a T20 Torx Driver, remove the two Torx
screws that hold the top hinge to the cabinet.
4.  Lift the hinge straight up to free the hinge pin from
the socket in the top of the door.
5. Remove the tape and tilt the door away from the
cabinet.  Lift it off the bottom socket.
6. Set the door on a non-abrasive surface with the
outside up.
