Basic operation
(‘Operator mode’)
This chapter provides basic information on how
to digitize image plates under normal conditions
and in emergency situations. It also treats how to
re-erase an image plate to prevent ghost
images caused by previous exposures or by
stray radiation. These functions are available in
operator mode.
