Your non-stick coated griddle

Griddle
provides an extra-large cooking
surface for
pancakes, or
other food usually prepared in
a frying pan or electric skillet.
You can also use the griddle as
a warming tray, with a low-heat
setting.

condition or “season” your griddle.
Apply a thin layer of cooking oil
to the top surface and heat on HIGH
setting for 10 minutes. Griddle is
ready to use.

components are clean.
How to Set
Control
The control knob must be pushed
into turn; this prevents surface
heating units from being turned on
Push the knob in when
it is in the OFF position. When the
knob is in any other position, it can
be turned without pushing it in.
The griddle has a self-contained
heating element which can be
controlled by setting the right rear
control (when griddle is used on
right side), or left front control
(when griddle is used on left side).
