Appendix 3: AC Power plug troubleshooting

Tools and Test Equipment

•

Standard tool kit

Required Conditions

•

Perform LOTO on the system. Leave the AC Plug (E1) exposed.

Procedure

•

Remove screws on the top of plug marked

•

Check the cable core if any open strands or broken wires, connect properly into plug

•

Ensure all ground connections are properly tightened.

•

Inspect cord reel box and termination of ground cables.

Note:

If system using molded power cord type then check ground connection, Cord reel box and termination

of ground cables.
