2) At the C-1 group switching menu, press the 4 key to access the C-8 menu to program group titles.
Use

to move to the group number to be titled, use

to move the cursor between
character positions of the title, and use

to scroll through the character choices for the
current character position. There is no need to “enter” a character choice for a character position.
Simply move the cursor to the next character position. You can program up to 128 groups for one
chassis or 256 groups for two chassis.
Note: The 128 groups per chassis are organized into two tiers. For the first chassis that is assigned groups, the first tier of
groups is numbered 1 through 32 and the second tier is numbered 65 through 160. You cannot assign any other groups to
the first chassis. If a second chassis is being assigned groups, then its first tier of groups is numbered 33 through 64 and its
second tier is numbered 161 through 256. You cannot assign any other groups to the second chassis.
Note: Group titles are limited to 20 characters.
Note: Group titles are not required for matrix switcher programming; they are a convenience for group menu programming.
