If routing cables downward from the rear of the Arm, proceed to
Section 9 Installing Pivot Covers.

If routing cables upward from the rear of the Arm, it is necessary to
wrap the cable around the Slide before routing upward to ensure
cables will fit inside the Rear Pivot Covers (Section 9). Cables from Left
side are routed up the Right side of the Slide. Cables from the Right
side are routed up the Left side of the Slide

For cables routed without a Cable Sleeve, it is necessary to set
the proper service loop (Service Loop 2) from the front Cable
Anchor point to the rear Cable Anchor point after securing the
cables to the front Cable Anchor points (and already determining
Service Loop 1 from device to front anchor points).

The correct

length for Service Loop 2 = 29.5”/75cm.

Determine Cable Service Loop and Route Cables without Cable Sleeve

Position the female receptacle of
cable tie against the Arm before
tightening.  Clip excess length of the
cable tie as flush as possible to
avoid creation of a sharp edge.

Verify Service Loop 2 by pivoting the arm all the way to the

LEFT

and all the way to the

RIGHT

to ensure cables do not

bind.  Follow steps on Page 12 for installation of Cable
Cover.

Service Loop 2

= 29.5”/75cm

Service Loop 1
(device dependent)
