- Print Offset
Define the offset of angle variation comparing the printed graphics with the
original designed graphics.
Acquire the Cutting Offset value by measuring the shift between the actual cutting
line and the edge of the printed graphic on the rightmost side. Fill in the
measured shift value in Cutting Offset and the Cutting Angle will be calculated
automatically.
Laser Power
Define the laser power applying for performing label cutting.
Define the offset of X axis and Y axis variation comparing with the original learned
mark when SmartCONTROL
TM
Label is reading or searching marks.
NOTE
If the actual cutting contour line is on the left of printed graphics by 5 mm and 3
mm below the printed graphics, enter
“-5” in X and “3” in Y in Laser Offset
section for laser offset calibration.
