Machine Setting- Vector Mode Page
The Accel. (Acceleration) function modifies the acceleration and deceleration of the X and Y
rails t
o adjust and balance vector mode’s quality and speed settings based on your specific
job. <Speedy> mode offers the highest output speed while sacrificing certain degree of
quality. Whereas <Quality> mode offers the highest quality, sacrificing output speed. Keep
in mind that speed and quality are usually a trade-off.
Select Smoothing function to <YES>, the laser machine will smooth out the curve path,
result in smooth edge, higher speed, while less precise in scale factor, whereas setting
Smoothing to <NO>, the curve will move in more precision scale, less smooth path, and
slower speed.
• Acceleration Modes: Quality, Fine, Coarse, Speedy
[Slower speed/ higher quality Faster speed/ lower quality]
• Smoothing: YES/ NO (default: YES)
Tip
Enable Smoothing will be most evident when processing small, fine,
intricate designs which request to run in high speed. We recommend you
leave Smoothing to <YES> when cutting such designs. Disable the
Smoothing when precise output scale is required.
