O nly a qualified technician should
electricaly trou bleshoot the m achine. Y ou
can b e severely shocked , electrocu ted or
cause a fire if p ow er is im properly applied.
Flowcharts are provided to assist you with
troubleshooting the machine electronically. If the flowcharts
are followed step by step, you should be able to determine
the faulty component with reasonable accuracy.
In various places, you will find blank pages. These
blank pages are placed so a reference schematic is not on
the back side of a check step sheet. This allows you to
use the reference schematics without interfering with the
check step sheets.
Reference schematics are included as a guide.
Each reference schematic corresponds with the a specific
flowchart. The wires related to the flowchart are colored
in black for your convenience. The grey lines are not
related to the flowcharts.
Please refer to section 6.0 for full schematics. The
Titan 165 and Titan 110 are identical electronically
with the exception of one extra cooling fan on the
Titan 165.
