Open all removable access panels including electrical
disconnect panel.
2.
Complete a thorough inspection of the unit for any ship
-
ping, handling or installation damages and, if any
, note
under comments.
3.

erify that the debris screen and any other filters are in place and free of debris. See submittal drawing for details
4.
V
erify all ESP
cells are in place and properly connected..
5.
V
erify that the hot water piping is connected to the HW inlet connection..
6.
V
erify that the drain line is connected and that its size is equal to or larger than the RSPC drain outlet. Check that the drain is trapped.
7.
V
erify that the spare fuses are provided inside the electri
-
cal disconnect panel.
IF UNIT EQUIPPED WITH EXHAUST F

erify that the wall insulation is secure and has not loos

ened in shipment.
9.

erify that all shipping tiedowns, bolts and braces have been removed from exhaust fan spring isolators.
10.

erify that the fan floats freely on the spring isolators and
the fan wheel turns freely by rotating the pulleys.
11.
V
erify that all bearing set collars are tight.
12.
V
erify the exhaust discharge is not obstructed or di

crected toward any structure.
13.

erify that the spare fan belts are provicded inside the
fan housing.

Locate container of GS-710
2.
Place GS-710 container in the spray odor cabinet
3.
Remove cap and install pickup tube and level switch in
container
4.
V
erify that both timers are set to 15 seconds
This may need to be adjusted to maximize the spray odor ef
fec
-
tiveness decreasing the delay or increasing the spraying time will improve the ef
fectiveness of the spray odor
. Increasing the
delay or decreasing the spray time will reduce the ef
fectiveness
of the spray odor system.
