Cleaning and MAINTENANCE
Cleaning and maintenance of the machine must be carried out
with the main switch in the -OFF- position and the plug disconnected
from the socket.
Attention: Before carrying out any cleaning operation,
let the machine cool down properly.
Attention: the use of abrasive sponges is absolutely forbidden.

Before carrying out any operation related to the cleaning and the
machine maintenance, wear personal protection

When carrying out cleaning or maintenance work, apply the following

- do not use solvents and flammable materials;
- do not use abrasive and/or metal sponges for cleaning the machine and
its components;
- take care not to disperse liquids in the environment;
- do not wash machine components in the dishwasher;
- do not use a conventional and/or microwave oven to dry parts of the
machine;
- do not immerse the machine in water;
- do not spray the machine with direct water jets;
- use only lukewarm water and a sodium hypochlorite sanitiser diluted in
water for cleaning.
Cleaning and sanitization are operations that must be carried out
regularly with the utmost care to ensure the quality of production and in
compliance with the necessary hygiene standards.
The cleaning and sanitization of each tank for product changeover
must be performed at least every 2 days.
Cleaning and sanitisation procedure
When carrying out Cleaning and Sanitizing work, apply the following
- Empty the product from the tank,
- remove the tub from the car,
- remove the tap from the car,
- clean the pot,
- disassemble the tap, previously removed from the machine,
- washing and sanitizing machine components,
- put the tub back on the car,
- clean with a damp cloth and/or non-abrasive soaked sponge of
sanitizing product the tap connection;
- reassemble the tap,
- mount the tap on the car,
- carry out the procedure of sanitizing the internal part,
- clean the drip tray,
- clean the tub cover with a damp cloth and/or a non-abrasive sponge,
- empty the boiler,
- clean and decalcify the boiler.
