Remove
unit
from
package.
Inspect
for
any
obvious
shipping
damage.
Shipping
material
under
the
platen
will
be
removed
at
a
later
step.

Remove
side
panel
and
ensure
line
cord
is
secured
to
the
contactor.
Check
all
wiring
at
the
terminal
block
for
tightness.
Check
all
pin
connectors
to
ensure
they
are
secure.

Remove
existing
unit
and
place
new
Chick
Ͳ
fil
Ͳ
A
Clamshell
Broiler
in
place
under
the
hood
and
plug
in
with
the
available
outlet.

Ensure
clamshell
broiler
is
leveled
side
to
side,
front
to
back
and
diagonally
in
location
under
the
hood.
Provide
details
if
unable
to
level:

Turn
on
power
switch.
Ensure
control
initiates
and
activates
the
HOME
screen.

Press
the
DIAGNOSTICS
icon.
Enter
the
SERVICE
PASSWORD
provided

Garland.
Go
into
the
CONFIGURE
MOTION
menu.
Press
the
UP
ARROW
to
raise
platen
the
platen
high
enough
to
be
able
to
remove
all
packaging
material
underneath
the
platen.

Release
Agent
provided
by
location
to
both
the
upper
and
lower
grates.

the
PRESS&GO
icon.
Ensure
the
clamshell

goes
through
its
homing
sequence
and
preheat.
