TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

Problem Cause

Solution

Check the plug, the cable and the power point.

Damaged cable: Repair it in the technical service. It is

prohibited to repair it with tape.

Without electricity

Damaged switch should be replaced in the technical

service.

Chain brake is

activated

Look at “chain brake” and “releasing the chain brake”

points.

The engine does not

work

Worn out brushes

Change the brushes, ask the technical service.

The chain does not move

Chain brake is

activated

Check the chain brake, release it if necessary

The chain is

unsharpened

Sharpen the chain

Badly cutting results

Chain tension

Tighten the chain correctly.

The chain gets too warm

Poor chain lubrication

Check the oil level.

RECICLE

Dispose of it in an enviromentally friendly manner. Please
dispose of the device itself at an according collecting/recycling
point. By doing so, plastic and metal parts can be separated and
recycled.
