The producer declines all responsibility for failure to observe the sa-
fety and waste disposal regulations in force in the countries where
the oven is used.
The producer reserves the right to modify all that has been indicated
above at any time.
3.5 - Operations after the use
1) Turn the oven off.
2) Turn the water supply faucets off.
Disconnect the power supply general switch.
3.6 - Cleaning and maintenance of the oven
• The oven must be cleaned daily in order to guarantee their best ope-
ration, hygiene and efficiency.
In case of fault, do not attempt to solve the problem. Please contact the
technical service center that will take care of resolving the faults.
Do not try to disassemble the machine, all interventions must be carri-
ed out by specialized personnel.
For ordinary cleaning, perform the following operations observing the
instructions:
-before cleaning the oven, disconnect the power supply, turn off the
cold water faucet and let the oven cool down;
-proceed with daily cleaning of the stainless steel parts using lukewarm
water and soap or adequate detergents, rinsing carefully and drying
thoroughly; do not use detergents that contain chlorine (bleach, hydro-
chloric acid etc.) and avoid cleaning the stainless steel surfaces with ste-
el (wire) wool, brushes or scrapers that may cause oxidation;
- Do not let foods be stagnant (most of all acidic stuff such as salt, vi-
negar, lemon ...) on the STAINLESS steel parts because they might be
damaged;
- Do not wash the machine on the outside with direct water bursts be-
cause if the water goes in it could limit the safety of the machine; only
use a wet cloth and then dry off the surfaces;
- do not use corrosive substances (for instance muriatic acid) to clean
the oven support counter that might accidentally damage the lower
parts of the machine.
- ask, at least once a year, for the intervention of an authorized techni-
cian for a general inspection of the oven.
3.6.1 - Cleaning the cooking chamber
•
At the end of the day and with the temperature of the chamber
not exceeding 50-60 °C start cleaning as follows:
•
If necessary, remove the tray racks, being cautious not to hit the
light bulbs located on the right-hand side of the cabinet, in order
to clean them separately.
•
Remove or open the tray racks and the fan blade.
Close the door and, in order to let the detergent react, wait for
15-20 minutes;
•
Rinse the inside of the cabinet with clean water;
•
Start a cooking cycle at 150 °C in order to dry off the cooking
chamber.
3.6.2 - Cleaning the fan and the heating system
•
The heating system and the fan must be cleaned regularly in order to
avoid accumulation of dirt that in time becomes difficult to remove.
For this purpose proceed as follows:
•
remove the tray racks and the fan blade and perform the operations
indicated in the preceding paragraph:
”Cleaning the cooking chamber”.
•
Rinse the inside of the cabinet with clean water;
•
Reassemble in order the fan blade and the tray racks.
