REASONABLY FORESEEABLE MISUSE
Do not exceed the maximum permissible load capacity.
Do not position anything sensitive to magnetic fields, such as magnetic storage media, credit/debit cards or watches,
close to the magnet.
Do not step under the magnet or remain underneath it.
Do not leave a raised workpiece unattended.
Do not lift or transport hazardous substances.
Do not lift or transport more than one workpiece at a time.
When using mounted pole shoes, do not lift any workpieces with rough surfaces.
Do not lift or transport any materials (plastics, non-ferrous metals, stainless steels) that are not ferro-magnetic.
Do not use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Not for transporting people.
3.4.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Comply with the national and regional regulations for safety and accident prevention. Wear safety glasses, safety shoes,
safety helmet and safety gloves at all times.
3.5.
DUTIES OF THE OPERATING COMPANY
The operating company must ensure that personnel who work on the product comply with the regulations and provisions
together with the following instructions:
National and regional regulations for safety, accident prevention and environmental protection regulations.
No damaged products are assembled, installed or commissioned.
The necessary protective equipment is provided.
Ensure employees have been instructed and trained in the use of the lifting magnet.

Specialists in the sense of this documentation are persons who are familiar with assembly work, mechanical installation,
commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of the products and who possess the following qualifications:
Qualification / training in the field of mechanics as specified in the nationally applicable regulations.
Trained person
Trained persons in the sense of this documentation are persons who have been trained to perform work in the areas of
transport, storage and operation.
3.7.
SAFETY DEVICE
Before using the magnet, check the safety device on the magnet for good condition. Do not disable the safety locking bar
or other safety devices.
Before lifting the workpiece, check that it is attached correctly.
Do not release the safety locking bar until the workpiece has been safely deposited at the destination.
If there is a hazardous situation or an accident, press the EMERGENCY STOP.
