3.5.2 Condylograph comfort
3.5.2.1 Preparing the upper face bow
Slightly loosen the side arm clamp screws, so that the
side arms are movable in sagittal (upper clamp screw)
and transversal (lower clamp screw) direction.
Loosen and remove the orbital pointer.
Fixate the glabella support by pushing it from the side
into the center position until it snaps in.
The actual nose support can easily be exchanged. It is
only put on the glabella bridge.
The upper face bow is now ready to be mounted.
3.5.2.2 Mounting the upper face bow
Adjust the width of the face bow in a way, that the side
arms are in contact with the skull above the ears evenly
without tension. The face bow should be adjusted sym-
metrically.
