2.10 Service Mode

The UPS has a technician’s SERVICE MODE that is password protected. Access to
the service mode is permitted only after the technician successfully enters the correct
password.

2.11 Connections

The terminal connectors are located on the back of the UPS. The user must remove
the terminal connectors’ protective cover using a screwdriver for access.
