IV. USING THE BLENDER
Clean and wash the ingredients before processing, or slice them into smaller pieces. Put
all ingredients in the container and put on the lid with cap. Put the closed container with the
ingredients on the driver unit. The blender is intended for mixing juices, milk shakes, soups,
baby and diet food, airy doughs, puree, etc. Switch on the mixer by setting the required
speed
1
and
2
or
P
.
From time to time, we recommend pausing the operation, turning the
appliance off and removing parts of ingredients which have stuck on the knife or the dish,
lid
.
Always set the speed with regard to the kind and amount of ingredients being processed,
and particularly with regard to ripeness of fruit and vegetables. We recommend that you
always switch on the blender to minimum revolutions and then gradually increase the
performance as required. When processing frozen food, always apply the maximum speed
even when you are switching the appliance on for the first time.
Recommendation
– If you process big amounts of food, divide them in separate portions so that you do not
overload the motor unit.
–
It is better to cut solid ingredients in smaller pieces (about 2 x 2 x 2 cm).
– Soak hard ingredients in water before processing (e.g. legume, soy beans etc.).
–
For proper ice cube (observe the maximum permitted of 8 pcs.) crushing.
– If you prepare a small amount of ingredients for beverages, doughs or purees, it is
recommended to pour a small amount of liquid in the container before you start mixing.
– The longer you process the ingredients in the blender, the finer the result will be.
– You can also process hot liquids up to temperature of
80 °C
, e.g. sauces, soups.
–
Liquid ingredients (e.g. oil, milk) or other ingredients may be added to the container
after taking out the plug
C1
through the small opening in the lid (when the engine is
operating). We recommend leaving the plug in so that liquid ingredients do not splash out
through the feeding opening.
– Never fill the container with liquids which make foam (e.g. milk) up to
1500 ml.
so that
they do not overflow. In this case we recommend amounts approx.
1000 ml.
and place
a tea towel over the lid and hold down firmly.
– If you are not satisfied with the result, turn the appliance off, stir the ingredients using the
spatula, remove part of the ingredients or add some liquid.
– Times of preparation (processing) depend on amount, kind and quality of substances
used, normally they are in tens of seconds.
