PLACE THE WELDING MACHINE ON A FLAT AND FIRM SURFACE.
THE CONSEQUENCES CAN BE VERY SERIOUS IF THE EQUIPMENT FALLS.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS SHOULD BE HANDLED BY SPECIALIZED PERSONNEL ONLY
DO NOT FORGET TO CONNECT THE GROUND WIRE INTO THE PLUG.
MAKE SURE THAT THE MAIN VOLTAGE COINCIDES WITH THE MACHINE MAIN VOLTAGE.
MAKE THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION FROM THE INLET HOSE. IN THE LEFT FIGURE THE CONNECTION
OF THE INLET HOSE IS DESCRIBED FOR THE MOST COMMON TYPES OF STANDARD PIE (IEC 309-2). IN
THIS FIGURE L1, L2 AND L3 REPRESENT THE PHASE CABLES AND PE REPRESENTS THE GROUND
PROTECTION DRIVER.
BEFORE TURNING ON THE EQUIPMENT CHECK THAT THE ELECTRODE CLIP IS SEPARATED FROM THE WELDING MASS
ANY POWER SUPPLY THAT IS OUTSIDE OF THE NOMINAL MARGIN CAUSES THE ACTION OF THE PROTECTION SYSTEM IMPOSING
THE WELDING OPERATION.
2.4. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION TO ELECTROGEN.
TIG 3200 AC/DC it can settle in a network fed by generating group and at low quality networks. This equipment incor-
porates a supervision system of network that is verifying continuously the electrical power supply, in such a way that at
the moment that this tension stays out from the admitted margins or it is distorted of dangerous form, the equipment
inhibits the module of potency suspending the operation. On display an identification of the event will appear;
OVV
Input Power Overvoltage (U1>470 V)
UNV
Input power undervoltage (U1<310 V)
N installations cvon electrogen group, must determine the minimal potency of it one according to the potency of devel-
oped welding. On the table below a criterion of selection developing. This information brought near and it changes with
the quality of the electrogen group, its regulation and the environmental conditions.
