To install the connector proceed as follows: 

  Remove about 13 mm of sheath from the black and red cables of the battery-charger; 

  Insert the cables in the connector pins and push strongly with suitable pliers; 

  Insert the cables in the connector respecting the polarity (red cable +, black cable –).

Lifting and handling the machine 

 IMPORTANT 

All stages must be performed in an adequately lighted environment adopting all 

necessary safety measures. 

 

Always wear individual protections for the user’s safety. 

 

To load the machine onto a means of transport, proceed as follows: 

  Empty the collection and solution tanks; 

  Remove the squeegee and brushes (or abrasive disks); 

  Remove the batteries; 

  Place the machine on the pallet and fix it with plastic straps or metal brackets; 

  Lift the pallet (with the machine) using a fork lift truck and load it onto the means of 

transport; 

  Anchor the machine to the means of transport with cables connected to the pallet and 

machine itself.

PRACTICAL GUIDE FOR THE USER 

6.1 

Control devices - Description 

With reference to fig. A, the machine has the follow controls and indicator lights: 

 

Display 

(fig. A, ref. 6):  displays alarms and menus. During normal operation, the hour 

counter (giving the actual number of hours the machine has been operating) and 
battery voltage are displayed. 

 

Setting button

 (fig. A, ref. 5): when pressed, scrolls through the various parameters 

which can be set on the machine software. 

 

Emergency button with key

(fig. A, ref. 1): acts as a safety device. enables and 

disables the electrical power supply to all machine functions To stop the machine 
press the button. 

 

Speed potentiometer

 (fig. A, ref. 10): regulates the speed of the machine forwards 

and backwards 

 

Direction selector

 (fig. A, ref. 9): move this selector to set movement of the machine 

to forwards or reverse 

 

Main/Brush button

 (fig. A, ref. 8): enables and disables the electrical power supply to 

all machine functions, also enables automatic brush connect function 

 

Brush release button

 (fig. A, ref. 7): enables automatic brush release 

 

Solution flow regulation button

 (fig. A, ref. 2): pressing these buttons regulates the 

quantity of detergent delivered (displayed by LEDs). 

 

EASE DOSE switch (optional)

 (fig. A, ref. 3): enables and disables chemical dose 

function. 

 

Brush head pressure variation buttons

 (fig. A, ref. 4):

 

vary the pressure of the 

brushes on the floor 

 

Squeegee lever 

(fig. F, ref. 2): raises (if lowered) or lowers (if raised) the squeegee, 

enables/disables the suction function   

 

Brush/ Traction button

(fig. B, ref. 7): the drive button moves the machine forwards
