Mac OS Extended (Journaled): This basic File System format is intended for generally
formatted drives including Time Machine backup and creating separate bootable
Disk Images.

•

Mac OS Extended Case-sensitive and Encryption options: The Case-sensitive option
treats file names that are the same but with different cases as different while the
Encryption option adds an additional layer of security for your personal files.
