Preparation
1) Before the unit is turned on, please check if all the connections are correct and
safely. Insert the plug in the corresponding power socket.
2) Press the
button on the front panel of this unit.
3) Press the
button on the remote control (or front panel) to move the disc
holder out. Put the disc on the disc holder and press the
button again. The
player will start playing the disc automatically.

Mute button
If you press the
button while playing, sound signal will not be heard, but the
MUTE
picture will remain. Press the
button again or the
buttons to resume

the previous volume level.
State indication
While playing disc, press the
button, the TV screen will show the
information as follow:
DISPLAY
VCD / CD items : single elapsed, single remain, total elapsed, total remain,
display off.
DVD items : title elapsed, title remain, chapter elapsed, chapter remain, display off.
Select channel/language
During a VCD or a CD disc playing, press the
button to select one of the
playing modes: Mono L, Mono R, Mix-mono and Stereo. Press this button once to
switch to one channel mode.
L/R/LANG
During a DVD-disc playing ,use the
button to select sound language
L/R/LANG
provided( For a DVD- disc supports this function ).
Fast Forward and Rewind
When playing a disc , press the
or
button to fast forward or fast rewind.
The speed changes in the following way:
Fast Forward : 2 times faster, 4 times faster, 8 times faster, 16 times faster, 32 times
faster, play.
Fast Rewind : 2 times faster, 4 times faster, 8 times faster, 16 times faster,
32 times faster, play.
Previous and next
While playing a disc, press the
button to go to the previous song/chapter. Press
the
button to go to the next song/chapter.

VIDEO AUDIO SYSTEM PASSWORD
1) Downmix Mode
LT/RT: left and right soundtrack audio output
Stereo: Stereo audio signal output
5.1 CH: set the 5.1 CH audio output.
Front, Centre and Rear speakers control the volume of corresponding output audio.
2) Dual Mono
This option is used to set the mode of audio output, including L-Mono, R-Mono,
Mix-Mono,and Stereo.
3) Dynamic range
This option is chosen when Line output is selected for the compression mode. Linear
compression ratio is adjusted to acquire different compression effects.

When playing DOLBY or MPEG discs, the coaxial and optical terminal outputs in
SPDIF/RAW format. Meanwhile the connected amplifier must be able to decode the
DOLBY DIGITAL or MPEG.
1) SPDIF Output
SPDIF/PCM may be selected when the player is connected with a 2CH digital stereo
amplifier.
Subwoofer : To set subwoofer on or off.
2)LPCM Output
LPCM (Linear Pulse Code Modulation) is a non-compressed audio digital
technology. There are three output modes: 48 KHz, 96 KHz, 192 KHz.
