APPENDIX I

Self Diagnosing Fault Codes

When the Control Box recognizes a fault, all receiver LED's will light solid and the Power, Auto 

and Manual LED’s on the control box will alternately blink. 

A specifi c fault information number will be displayed on the LED counter as described in 

Appendix D.

1.  Switched Power Driver

Description

: Over current (>5A) 

Location: Connector

– 10 socket  

Pin

– C

Notes

: Driver will shut off for 250ms. It will then retry. If 3 failed tries in 2 seconds, driver stays off until power 

is cycled. 

Possible External Causes:

 Short in cable coil or connectors.

2.  Load Sense Driver

Description

: Over current (>5A) 

Location: Connector

– 10 socket

Notes

: Driver will shut off for 250ms. It will then retry. If 3 failed tries in 2 seconds, driver stays off until power 

is cycled. 

Possible External Causes:

 Short in cable coil or connectors.

3.  Auxiliary Driver 2
