- This command shows the ID code.
[Example of use]

This command shows the ID code.
<0000H<Cr>Lf>:
This response indicates the current ID code is “0000H”.

Available setting value: “0000H” to “FFFFFH”

- This command can change ID code temporarily. For permanent change, REG04 and REG05 should be
changed.
