Optional Equipment Exhaust Bypass Unit (EBU-600)

○

Summary:

The exhaust bypass unit prevents water/ oil remaining in the work part from entering the air leak

tester. Air leak testers require high sensitivity and accuracy in order to detect very minute leaks,

therefore it is important that we only use clean air.

Connecting an air filter to the air supply port can eliminate the intrusion of foreign substances, but

since the air charged into the work is then released into the atmosphere through the air leak tester,

any water, oil, etc. inside the work will be released into the air leak tester along with the exhausted air.

Because of this, we recommend using an exhaust bypass unit to prevent intrusion related problems

from occurring.

Explanations in this manual are done under the assumption that the master is a standard part. If

foreign material could enter into the master (such as from the work or work comparison,) take proper

precautions to ensure that this does not happen. (This option is not available in the H1 range).
