This command releases the reserve state of an IDD in relation to the INIT that issued this command.

When a reserve state in relation to the INIT that issues this command, or an IDD does not
exist, this command is terminated normally with a GOOD status.

Also, the value specified in CDB byte 2 has no meaning and is disregarded, but it is desirable
for X '00' to be specified by the INIT in this byte.

Also, the value specified in CDB byte 3 to 4 reports CHECK CONDITION status "05-24-00"
except for X"00" is specified.

Release function

This command releases a reserve state if a reserve state exists, and if the INIT which issued
this command has a reserve right for the entire IDD (logical unit).  See Reserve Right in
RESERVE command (Section 4.1.10) concerning the definition of "Reserve Right."

Reserve right and third party reserve function

The third party reserve function is not supported in the FC, so if a value other than "0" is set in
the "3rd Pty Dev ID" field, a CHECK CONDITION status "05-24-00" is reported without this
command being executed.

In order to release the reserve status, it is necessary for the INIT which issued this command to
issue the RELEASE command (shown in item 4.1.13) or the RELEASE EXTENDED
command (shown in item 4.1.14).
