3.5.3 Drive Statistics
When you click the [Drive] button, the window displays statistics on the drives installed.
Display item Description
Status Indicates whether the robot's move count has reached its near-replacement or replacement
threshold.
•
Normal: The robot is in normal state without having reached its near-replacement or
replacement threshold.
•
Near: The robot needs to be replaced in the near future.
•
Reach: The robot needs to be replaced immediately.
X-Motor Move Count Indicates the number of X-direction moves.
S-Motor Move Count Indicates the number of swivel moves.
P-Motor Move Count Indicates the number of picker moves.
Y-Motor Move Count Indicates the number of Y-direction moves.
Z-Motor Move Count Indicates the number of Z-direction moves.
The Thread Count cell of a drive that has reached its near-replacement or replacement threshold is displayed
in pale yellow (indicating near-replacement threshold reached) or deep yellow (indicating replacement
required).
