Set each item:

Display item

Explanation

Recipient Address
(To)

Up to 5 mail addresses from which notification should be
received can be registered. Up to 64 characters can be
entered in the text area. Characters that can be entered
are en-size alphanumeric characters and en-size symbols
(- _ . @). To remove a mail address already set from the
Destination Address, delete the relevant mail address.

Sender address
(From)

Set as the source mail address an address registered in the
IP address of the SMTP server to be set in the next item.
Up to 64 characters can be entered in the text area.
Characters that can be entered are en-size alphanumeric
characters and en-size symbols (- _ . @).

SMTP server
(IP address)

Set the IP address of the SMTP server used for sending
mail. Only en-size numeric characters ranging from 0 to
255 can be entered in one text area.

SMTP Port

Set the port of the mail server used to send mail (normally
25). Up to five characters can be entered in a text area.
Only en-size numeric characters ranging from 1 to 65535
can be entered in one text area.

Enable Send E-mail

Specify whether to send e-mail to the address specified
above if an error occurs. Select this item to enable
sending. Clear this item to disable sending.

Remarks:

If any character that is not allowed is entered, an input error message
is displayed.

Click the [OK] button after all settings are completed.

The system displays a window showing the selection contents. Click the [OK]
button if it is OK to proceed. To make entries again, click the [Back] button.

If processing is completed, the system displays a window showing the processing
results. This completes the settings.
