System expansions

Installing the heat sink

Never operate the device without the heat sink

tted!

Before initial startup, install the heat sink again in the same way as it was
installed in the device before removal. The air

ow direction is indicated by

an arrow on the heat sink. Install the heat sink so that the arrow for the
air

ow direction points towards the rear panel.

►

Insert the heat sink into the casing (1). In doing so, correctly align the screw holes
on the heat sink with the screw holes on the mainboard (2).

►

Tighten the screws (a) with a torque of 1 Nm.

►

Install the ventilation duct (see

"Install ventilation duct", Page 48

►

Close the casing (see

"Close the casing", Page 44
