Network-related Problem

CentreWare Internet Services Problems

Email Features Problems

Symptom

Cause/Remedy

Cannot connect to CentreWare Internet
Services.

Check whether the device is turned on.

Check whether the Internet service is running or check by printing
the function setting list.

It may not be possible to connect depending on the proxy server.
To connect without using a proxy server, configure the web browser
setting or the address to be used to "Do not use proxy server".

The latest information is not displayed.

Refresh the web browser display.

Nothing happens when the [Save] button is
clicked

Settings of CentreWare Internet Services are not applied during
operations of the control panel of this machine.
In addition, when the automatic reset function is configured, any
settings configured with CentreWare Internet Services are invalid
until the configured time has passed, even after an operation. Wait
until the configured time has passed.

If the [Save] button is clicked, the web
browser displays messages such as “Server
returned an invalid or unrecognized
response” or “No data”

Enter the correct password.

Restart this machine.

Cannot delete jobs.

Wait a while, and then refresh the display of the web browser.
