1 Before Beginning

The orientation of paper is described in this document as follows.
, landscape orientation: indicates that the paper is loaded horizontally when viewed from the front of the
machine.
, portrait orientation: indicates that the paper is loaded vertically when viewed from the front of the machine.

This document refers to the optional HDD Extension Kit and the storage (SSD) as “storage”.

This document refers to the optional built-in IC card reader as an "IC card reader".


“Long size paper” indicates paper with landscape size of 488.1 mm or more.

Storage (optional) is required to use the Finisher.
