If the equipment has already been repaired and recharged with gas, empty the system and charge

according to the shown values

If the evaporation pressure matches the condensation pressure, usually between 4 and

6BAR, there is a fault on the compressor valve plate

Replace the compressor and its liquid filter

→

see “Compressor replacement”

Load the system with the correct amount of refrigerant

→

see “rating plate”

Once the system has been loaded, make sure it works properly

→

see “installation check list/functional testing”

Failure of the compressor valve plate is often a symptom of liquid returns from the evaporator

Make sure that the evaporator fans work properly

Inform the Customer to always run the defrosting cycle after using the equipment

For the three-

phase models, check the operation of the “V1” solenoid valve

Check that the “V1” solenoid valve activates respecting the Conf84 time

If the card supplies power but the solenoid valve does not open, replace the coil

If there is no power supply from the electronic card, terminals 15|16, with

cooling cycle started, replace the electronic card

The same check can be carried out by directly checking the potential free contact on the

electronic card that manages the solenoid valve, terminals 15|16 -> see wiring diagram

Position the multimeter leads between terminals 15|16

If reading with the cycle started is 230V, it means that the contact is open
