THE EQUIPMENT HAS NOT BEEN
CONCEIVED TO BE PLACED IN AN
ENVIROMENT WITH EXPLOSION
HAZARDS.
3.2 ANY HAZARDOUS AREAS, RISKS, HAZARDS
AND AVOIDABLE RISKS
Our cold storage appliances are designed to assure the
user's health and safety as any hazardous corners,
sharp edges or projections are not present.
Their stability is ensured even with the doors open, but
never lean on the door.
In appliances with drawers, never load the drawers with
more than 80 kg (evenly distributed) each, never open
more than one drawer at a time and never lean or sit on
an open drawer; the appliance may tip up or be
damaged.
N.B.:
When using glass-door cabinets take care not to
extract more than one basket at a time so as not to affect
the stability of the whole appliance.
To guarantee a better stability for the equipment, it is
recommended to pile foodstuff gradually, starting from
the bottom towards the top. To collect foodstuff, start
instead from the top towards the bottom.
Max. weight capacity for each shelf/basket: kgs
40,00.
RISKS DUE TO MOVING PARTS
The only moving part is the fan, which offers no risk since
it is protected by a grille screwed in place (before
removing this grille, disconnect the appliance from the
power supply).
RISKS DUE TO EXTREME TEMPERATURES
Warning stickers marked "high temperature" are applied
near to zones where high temperatures may occur.
RISKS DUE TO ELECTRICITY
Risks of an electrical nature have been overcome by
designing the electrical systems in accordance with CEI
EN 60204-1. Stickers warning "high voltage" mark the
areas where there is an electrical hazard.
RISKS DUE TO NOISE
Leq < 70 dB(A)
Lpc < 130 dB(C)
OTHER RISKS
Although the control console is hinged so that when it is
fully raised its centre of gravity tends to keep it in that
position, technicians must take care not to knock it hard
during servicing work as it might fall.
There is a drainage hole in the bottom of the cold storage
appliance to allow any liquids deriving from the foods or
from cleaning products to flow out. When cleaning,
remove the plug and place a basin (hmax=100mm) under
the cabinet.
IT IS ESSENTIAL TO RECLOSE THE HOLE WITH THE
PLUG PROVIDED.
APPLIANCES WITHOUT DRAINAGE HOLE MUST BE
CLEANED THOROUGHLY EVERY DAY TO PREVENT
LIQUIDS FROM COLLECTING AND STAGNATING.
3.3 SAFETY DEVICES ADOPTED
CAUTION:
TAMPERING WITH OR REMOVAL OF THE
SAFETY DEVICES ADOPTED
(PROTECTION GRILLES, WARNING
STICKERS, ETC.) IS ABSOLUTELY
FORBIDDEN.
THE MANUFACTURER DECLINES ALL
RESPONSIBILITY IN CASE OF FAILURE
TO COMPLY WITH THESE
INSTRUCTIONS.
3.4 LIMIT CONDITIONS FOR OPERATIONS
It is essential to allow the table to reach the operating
temperature before placing foods inside it.
Check that the thermometer indicates the temperature
set previously and then load the foods gradually, over a
period of time.
CAUTION:
NEVER PLACE HOT LIQUIDS OR FOODS
IN THE COLD STORAGE APPLIANCE; ALL
FOODS MUST BE COVERED WITH
